Purpose of Position

Our client, a financial institution has asked us to aid them in finding a Deposit Operations Analyst. This is a Full Time Employee Position with Salary and Benefits. US Citizens and Green Card Holders only need apply.

Essential Job Functions

Must have demonstrated analytical experience in back-office deposit operations of a bank

·        Aids the Deposit Operations Manager by compiling information, assisting with audit responses, documentation of procedures and special projects.

·        Aids and provides coverage in Cash Management as needed to allow for the smooth operation of the department.

·        Support Retail Banking in outbound business developmentcalls. Provide presentation, software installation, and staff training for Cash Management products (i.e. RDC, Positive Pay, ACH Origination Services).

·        Review all daily reports and logs relative to Deposit Operations and Cash Management.

·        Analyzes and reports exceptions to the Deposit Operations Manager.

·        Coordinate day-to-day vendor services including maintenance, supply ordering, invoice tracking, review, and submission for payment.

·        Analyzes data and prepares Quarterly Board Reporting.

·        Annual ACH and RDC Risk Assessments.

·        Annual ACH and RDC Site Visits.

·        Annual Unclaimed Property Reporting and Escheatment.

·        Annual ACH rules changes and customer correspondence.

·        RMD review and annual notifications.

·        Assist with Disaster Recovery (DR) testing of procedures and processes.

·        Assist the Deposit Operations Manager with the implementation of new or updated products and services relative to the Operations department.

·        Provide backup to Deposit Operations, Cash Management,Client Services, and Mailroom as needed.

·        Vendor Management for Deposit Operations and Cash Management vendors.

·        Assists the manager and staff on established policies and departmental procedures to ensure more efficient and productive workflow.

·        Provides timely, accurate, professional, administrative,and analytical support.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
